Mechanical Foreman

About the Position Power Design is expanding into mechanical work and seeks a Mechanical Foreman to lead new projects, ensuring high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role includes access to technology such as company-provided iPads, travel to a 16,000-square-foot training facility, and customized training courses at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. Responsibilities Work closely with the project Superintendent and other trades, overseeing the assigned scope. Manage material and manpower, ensuring projects meet time and quality expectations. Enforce and promote high-quality and safety standards. Use technology (company-provided iPad and smartphone) to keep projects on schedule and exceed customer expectations. Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope. Qualifications OSHA 30 certification preferred. Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path. Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects. Active journeyman or master license preferred. Proficient knowledge of the IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
