Job Overview Data Center Team Lead – 6‑S C‑Shift Mon‑Thu 8:00 pm–6:30 am (Full Time) Location: USA – New Albany, 1101 Beech Rd Division: Solutions | Job area: Terminal/Warehouse/Transport Responsibilities Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers, including the management of shipping documents and records. Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, correct quantities and pristine condition of materials. Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the data center. Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems. Install server racks on the data center floor using laser measuring devices with 100 % accuracy. Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks by following provided diagrams and schematics. Install rack hardware using various hand, power and measuring tools. Operate material‑handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks. Perform and oversee cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to 5S standards. Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the work day. Adhere daily to safety and process procedures. Maintain punctuality and reliability. Demonstrate attention to detail and focus on quality. Be flexible and cross‑train in multiple departments within the data center. Provide effective delegation and coaching skills. Qualifications 3–5 years of related experience in data center, warehouse or related environment. Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills; ability to build positive working relationships with diverse groups. Critical thinking and strong analytical skills for confident decision‑making based on information and data. Experience with computers and familiarity with electronic equipment handling. Knowledge of electrical safety and static‑discharge protocols; ability to work safely with live electrical equipment. Competency in operating hand, power and measuring tools. Ability to lift, push and pull frequently throughout the day. Inclusion of a valid driver’s license or equivalent to operate material‑handling equipment (if required). Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation & Benefits Expected base pay range: $27.00 – $27.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, certifications and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
