HVAC Supervisor – New ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee residential new construction HVAC projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, ensuring quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule.ResponsibilitiesSupervise HVAC installers, technicians, and subcontractorsRead blueprints and coordinate installations on new construction sitesConduct site inspections, integrity tests, and quality assurance checksEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsManage scheduling, labor, materials, and project progressTrain and mentor field employeesMaintain strong communication with builders, project managers, and customersPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 4 years HVAC installation experienceSupervisory experience preferredStrong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practicesAbility to read blueprints and measure wallsExcellent leadership and customer service skillsBasic computer skills requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusValid driver's license with a clean 5-year driving recordClean background screening and pass a drug testPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, bend, and work in outdoor construction environments Join a growing team committed to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
