Infrastructure/Exchange Engineer

Overview Luna Data Solutions has an immediate contract-for-hire opening for a Site Reliability/Infrastructure/Exchange Engineer with a public sector client located in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role, with on-site work three days per week. On-call or scheduled after-hours work may be required. Note: All candidates must be able to work on a W2 basis. Role Site Reliability/Infrastructure/Exchange Engineer Responsibilities Provides infrastructure support including Microsoft Active Directory, Windows, and Linux server administration, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365. Automates processes and integrations across multiple technologies, primarily using Windows PowerShell. Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves complex system issues. Assists in developing and conducting evaluations of new and existing solutions to identify potential benefits and impact to the agency. Monitors and ensure system availability and efficiency. Assists with developing and documenting policies, procedures, and standards for supporting core platform technologies. Collaborates with other agency staff to identify and implement service and security improvements. Other duties assigned, which may include on-call or scheduled after hours work as required. Qualifications Exchange Online and/or Exchange On-Prem experience. M365, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows, and/or automation experience.
