Dispatcher associate

We are looking for a Dispatcher in Visalia CA. 1st shift. Monday - Friday. You will be the nerve center of daily operations. You will manage fleet routing, coordinate directly with drivers, and ensure our cargo gets where it needs to go safely and on time. Because this role requires immediate autonomy and high-level problem-solving, prior experience in dispatch or fleet management is strictly required. This position pay ranges $18-24/ hr DOE.
