Crestfield Talent is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to support marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and contribute to brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.
This hybrid role is suited for someone who enjoys creative projects, digital marketing, and collaborating with different teams to support business growth.
Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Assist with creating content for social media, websites, and email campaigns
- Coordinate promotional activities across multiple marketing channels
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams
- Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance
- Assist with email marketing and customer outreach initiatives
- Support brand awareness and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate marketing materials and content schedules
- Research market trends and customer preferences
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in marketing, social media, communications, retail, or related fields is preferred
