Caregivers (HHA or CNA) for Weekends

Currently Recruiting ForWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide attentive, high-quality care for clients during the day and nighttime hours.The ideal candidate will ensure safety, comfort, and well-being while assisting with personal care during the day and monitoring throughout the night.Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming) as neededHelp with mobility and offer companionship and emotional supportPerform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, meal prep)Maintain accurate care logs and communicate with family or staffStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to stay awake and alert throughout overnight shiftsQualifications & RequirementsHHA Certificate or CNA LicensePrevious caregiving or in home care experience preferredCurrent FIRST AID & CPR certificationCurrent TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 monthsPass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.Reliable transportation/Valid driver's license.Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia, Memory care a plus!SYNERGY HomeCare offers:Pay rate: $16.00-$18.00 hour (depending on client/case assigned)Direct depositW2 employment (not 1099)If you would like to join our outstanding team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Palm Bay, apply today!This position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
