What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and report on business data to support informed, data-driven decision-making across several customer-facing programs. This role is expected to evolve beyond traditional reporting responsibilities and become a trusted business partner who leverages data to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and drive measurable business outcomes. The BI Analyst key tasks are: Act as a strategic business partner by transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that drive operational and business decisions Work closely with operations, PMO, and customer stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and influence decision-making Gather, clean, and analyze business data including revenue, sales figures, market information, and customer engagement metrics Identify patterns and trends in data that signal opportunities for improvement in business practices Work with and strengthen the PMO offering to the customer, making every decision a measurable and sustainable decision. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support proactive business decision-making Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders Identify operational improvement opportunities and quantify the potential business impact of recommended actions Develop business cases and recommendations supported by data analysis to enable informed decision-making Support multiple customer programs and business portfolios through proactive analysis, performance monitoring, and insight generation Present reports and recommendations to internal teams and customers through visualizations, charts, written summaries and presentations. Monitor market trends to help the organization adapt its products and strategies accordingly.
