Must have the following qualifications: Must have graduated from an Early Childhood Education program from an accredited college/university. Hiring only experienced candidates for this role, minimum of 3-5 years. We strongly encourage all students actively enrolled in an early childhood program at a local college such as Elgin Community College to apply.

Position: Preschool Teacher
As a Preschool Teacher, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help children develop their foundation. Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
- Support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
Qualifications
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children
- No prior experience required; training will be provided

Shift Schedule: Both FT and PT availability; must be available till 5:30pm CST. Benefits are only with FT role.
