Senior EPL & Professional Liability Claims Counsel

Davies North America, part of Davies Group, seeks a Senior Complex Claims Consultant / Claims Counsel. You will manage high-severity EPL, Professional Liability, and GL claims, provide coverage analysis and strategy, and coordinate with carriers and outside counsel. The role focuses on EPL and Professional Liability with exposure to BOP/GL within program structures. Ideal candidates hold a JD or 7–10+ years senior claims experience, active adjuster licenses, and proven negotiation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Davies
