Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1-3 months of warehouse, material handling, or related experience preferred Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory records Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to perform basic math using weights, measurements, and currency Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions Job Duties Load and unload materials, products, and supplies from delivery vehicles Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas Pick, pull, and distribute materials based on work orders and customer requests Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, or designated storage locations Assemble customer orders and prepare products for shipment Mark, label, and identify materials accurately Open and process incoming shipments and containers Record inventory transactions and maintain inventory records in computer systems Weigh and count materials to verify accuracy and compliance with standards Prepare parcels for mailing and support shipping operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Benefits Fair weekly pay, always on time Benefits that cover medical, dental, disability and life Optional 401(k) plan Real respect from a crew that shows up strong.
