Sales Account Rep

Job Description We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable Sales Representative to drive contractor-focused (B2B) sales for kitchen and bath remodeling projects. This role blends consultative sales, technical product knowledge, design expertise, and relationship development. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working directly with homeowners and building long‑term relationships with general contractors, builders, and industry partners. This position plays a key role in expanding Premier Cabinets & Countertops’ B2B presence by serving as a trusted resource for design support, pricing, and execution on repeat contractor-driven projects. Success in this role requires experience with full‑scope remodel sales, a strong understanding of kitchen and bath design principles, and the ability to protect project margins while delivering a professional, solutions‑oriented customer experience. The Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle from initial consultation or contractor outreach through signed contract, while coordinating closely with internal production and operations teams.
