Assistant Director of Nursing

Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling nursing staff to guarantee adequate unit coverage across all shifts
Regularly conduct floor rounds, audit patient records, and monitor infection control protocols to maintain safety and privacy standards
Monitor departmental expenses, assist in budget management, and develop in-service training programs for staff development
