Assembler Position
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a powersports manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, MN. Assemble component parts into completed units following blueprints and design specifications
Meet performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeeping
Perform minor equipment adjustments, repairs, or setups with supervision
Inspect parts and completed units using visual checks, gauges, tape measures, calipers, or fixtures
Complete a variety of assembly and production tasks with minimal supervision
Properly store tools in designated locations daily
Maintain a clean, organized workstation
High school diploma or GED
02 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
Ability to follow work instructions and read blueprints
Experience using hand tools
