Account Representative – Insurance & Financial Services

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers

• Talk with people about their insurance and financial needs and goals

• Help customers understand their options and make informed decisions

• Develop new customer relationships through referrals, leads, follow-up, and community connections

• Learn how to confidently recommend State Farm insurance and financial products

• Work toward individual and team goals

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually
  
  
• Performance-based commissions and bonuses: approximately $10,000–$60,000+ annually based on results
