Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed speech and language evaluations to determine student needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders. Deliver speech therapy services in both individual and group settings. Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success. Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input on speech and language needs. Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology to provide top-quality care. Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid Maryland license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and consistently meet deadlines. A passion for helping students achieve their full potential. Additional Information: This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours per week. The caseload includes students from Pre K through 12.
