- # Marketing Operations RepresentativeApplylocations: Uncasville, CTtime type: On-Callposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R-11877**JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES****IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER,** **PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE****Position Summary:**This position is responsible for issuing tickets, gifts, and promotions for Marketing events while providing superior customer service for all guests.**Primary Duties and** **Responsibilities:** Includes but not limited to:* Conducts event registration* Completes gift compilation* Maintains property knowledge* Interacts with guests and provides event information* Enters guest information for events* Maintains and respects confidentiality of marketing programs and guest information* Unloading and organizing promotional gifts**Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Sets-up and tears-down event equipment and furniture* Independently performs related tasks, as needed* Maintains a clean and well stocked work area* Assists the Marketing Operations Manager and Supervisors, as needed**Minimum Education and Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or equivalent* Basic computer skills* Must be able to professionally communicate event details to guests* Must be able to work independently under minimal supervision**Competencies:** Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:* Good written and verbal communication skills* Good organizational skills**Training Requirements:*** Knowledge of Arctics and the Avatar Event Management System* Momentum Program* ACSC* Workday* Mohegan Sun’s scheduling and time management program**Physical Demands and Work Environment:*** Must be able to stand for extended periods of time* May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.* Other qualifications may apply based upon specific event requirements* Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hoursThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
