Enrollment Navigator The Enrollment Navigator assists prospective and current students throughout the enrollment process. This role helps individuals entering the student services area by guiding them through enrollment procedures from point of interest in enrolling at P&HCC to applying for graduation. This individual will connect prospective and current students with the relevant offices that support their educational goals including admissions, financial aid, advising, coaching, and other campus departments. Additionally, the navigator will proactively connect with prospective students through the Salesforce Customer Relations Management system, offering guidance, outlining enrollment next steps, and answering any questions they may have. The ability to learn and adapt to new technology and work in diverse environments is essential. The ideal candidate will be caring, organized, communicative, and flexible.
