Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing you the convenience of working from home while being part of a supportive community health clinic. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and resources to provide holistic care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning and ensure each client receives tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Provide one-on-one, couples, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, based on client needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to established legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of advances in mental health methodologies and research.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance multidisciplinary client care initiatives and improve treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients we serve range widely across backgrounds and demographics, presenting various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LPC at Care and Connects, you will have the opportunity to implement therapeutic strategies that cater to both individuals and groups, creating a nurturing therapeutic environment that fosters healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling or therapeutic settings.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build a trusting rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technological tools for client management.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse recovery, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience working collaboratively within healthcare teams to optimize client care outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
