\n Pacific Companies is presenting a Cardiology Hospitalist opportunity in the Metro Northeast for physicians seeking a focused inpatient role with excellent schedule predictability. This hospital-based, non-invasive position offers an inpatient-only practice model supported by a collaborative, team-based structure. Physicians enjoy a true 7-on / 7-off schedule with consistent daytime hours, allowing for long-term sustainability and work-life balance. You'll work alongside experienced APPs and fellow cardiologists within a large, well-established cardiovascular group. With comprehensive subspecialty support and strong compensation, this role is ideal for cardiologists who value structure, teamwork, and clinical focus.

Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights \n

• Hospital-based non-invasive cardiology hospitalist role

• Inpatient-only focus with structured team-based coverage

• 7-on / 7-off schedule, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

• Daily team includes 2 rounding physicians and 3-4 APPs 
\n
• Balanced weekly rotation between consult and graphics duties 
\n
• Member of a 29-physician cardiology group covering all subspecialties 
\n
• Strong non-invasive division with invasive, interventional, and EP support
