Occupational Therapist – Outpatient

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure
• Outpatient orthopedic/MSK experience preferred
• Experience with post-operative rehabilitation
• Splint fabrication and modification experience
• Wound care experience is preferred
• CHT certification preferred, but not required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and rehabilitation processes.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
