Spring Oak Senior Living at Bedford is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our resident care team. We welcome Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs (Personal Care Assistants) who enjoy working with seniors and want to be part of a warm, team-oriented community.

Spring Oak at Bedford is a well-known senior living community in Bedford with an experienced and supportive leadership team. Our caregivers play an important role in helping residents feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for each day.

• Day: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Evening: 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.
• Overnight: 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem positions available

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and other daily needs.
• Follow individualized resident care plans.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Provide companionship while supporting residents’ dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Work closely with nurses, medication aides, and other members of the care team.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

• Caregiver, CNA, PCA, assisted living, senior living, or related experience preferred.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to working with older adults.
• Dependable and committed to providing quality resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $15.00–$16.50 per hour

$15 - $16.50 an hour
