Job Summary
The Telemetry (TELE) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This role involves caring for long-term residents in a skilled nursing setting, with responsibilities including medication administration, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and monitoring resident progress. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 40 hours per week, with shifts of 8, 12, or 16 hours optional
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, relevant education, a valid nursing license (compact license required), and zero years of experience
• Additional Information:
  • Care of long-term residents at the facility, including duties such as medication administration and resident assessments
  • Proficiency in memory care techniques and protocols
  • Knowledge of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for long-term care facilities
  • Familiarity with operations in Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units
  • Strong background in case management practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a medical office environment with excellent interpersonal, communication, and task management skills
  • Support in specialized areas such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, substance use disorder, and pain management
  • Assess resident health problems and develop and modify nursing care plans accordingly
  • Monitor resident progress and respond promptly to changes in condition
  • Preferred candidate will have some familiarity with IV skills, medications, tube feedings, and light wound care
