Direct and mentor crews, foremen, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements. Manage daily reporting, manpower planning, and problem-solving. Serve as the primary on-site leader for client and subcontractor relations. Qualifications 10+ years of underground pipe installation or water infrastructure construction Proven ability to lead large crews on complex projects. Expertise in water/wastewater treatment plants, pipeline installation, or utility infrastructure preferred. Strong safety and quality track record. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
