As a Cleanroom Technician, you'll assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and production equipment while following easy-to-read, computer-based instructions. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, value a comfortable work environment, and are looking for a company that offers thorough training, advancement opportunities, and a consistent 3-day weekend every week.ResponsibilitiesAssemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.Operate production machinery to apply solder paste and handle smaller electronic components.Follow detailed, computer-based instructions to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.Navigate multiple computer programs to access work instructions and production documentation.Perform quality checks on completed products before they move to the next stage of production.Complete basic soldering tasks as needed throughout the assembly process.Assist with picking parts, packaging finished products, and preparing orders for shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Work closely with leads, trainers, and supervisors to learn new skills and meet production goals.Support a team-focused manufacturing environment through reliable attendance and attention to detail.Essential SkillsAbility to use hand tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment.Basic computer skills and comfort following digital work instructions.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes.Ability to work with small parts and production equipment.Basic soldering experience or willingness to learn.Strong quality mindset and ability to inspect completed work.Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.Dependable work history and strong work ethic.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious soldering experience may qualify for higher starting pay.Experience with packaging, picking, or other production-related tasks is a plus.Customer service experience can translate well due to the attention to detail and communication involved in the role.Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.Willingness to learn new equipment, tools, and processes through on-the-job training.Why Work Here?Enjoy a clean, modern, climate-controlled facility that stays comfortable year-round.
