Responsibilities Interact regularly with customers ensuring a positive experience Coordinate and facilitate staff member's tasks to ensure timely execution Train and develop new team members to company standard Motivate staff while working towards one goal Qualifications Outgoing and engaging personality Strong communication and listening skills Able to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently Experience in a leadership role is a definite plus but not a must We are looking forward to receiving your application.
