Attorney - General Liability Senior Associate

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Associate to join one of our offices. This position's location is flexible.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have at least 6 years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial, and be licensed to practice in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, or Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, insurance coverage and/or insurance defense.

THE BENEFITS

The annualized salary range for this position is $100,000-$165,000 and is eligible for bonuses and a full benefits package. Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible spending, and more.
