Supervisor de Mantenimiento - MRF Tercer Turno (Nocturno)

El Supervisor de Mantenimiento es responsable del funcionamiento eficiente del departamento de mantenimiento y de la supervisión general de los Mecánicos y Limpiadores. Prioriza la carga de trabajo según factores de seguridad y necesidades operativas, y asegura que la carga de trabajo esté distribuida de manera equitativa. Revisa los niveles de productividad y el progreso de todas las reparaciones. Monitorea los programas de mantenimiento preventivo y BIT para asegurar que se realicen de manera oportuna y cumpliendo con todos los requisitos regulatorios. Es responsable de mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro asegurando que se sigan prácticas laborales seguras y se realicen reuniones de seguridad mensuales. Administra las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y promueve relaciones laborales positivas. El candidato debe tener conocimientos en solución de problemas y/o trabajar con cintas transportadoras, electrónica (controles de motor, VFD, PLC (Allen Bradley) e Hidráulica. El puesto de Supervisor de Mantenimiento en Athens Services implica supervisar las operaciones durante el turno de noche en la instalación de MRF.
