We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support our accounting operations.The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will perform a variety of accounting and administrative duties to support our business office. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Process and post accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsReconcile daily cash, checks, and credit card paymentsAssist with month-end closing and journal entriesMaintain accurate and up-to-date accounting recordsCommunicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepanciesProvide administrative support to the Controller and the office teamQualifications:Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience required; automotive dealership experience is a plusProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, or similar preferred)Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferredWork Schedule:20–25 hours per weekFlexible schedule available Monday–Friday during business hoursBenefits:Competitive hourly compensationSupportive, team-oriented work environmentEmployee discounts on vehicle service and partsOpportunities for growth within a respected dealership groupWe are an equal opportunity employer.
