Mandarin-Speaking AR Specialist: Invoicing & Collections

Talentify is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist in California to manage invoicing, collections, cash application, reconciliations, and AR reporting. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, and Accounting teams to resolve disputes and improve cash flow. The role requires 3+ years in AR, strong Mandarin Chinese, expert Excel usage, and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or MS Dynamics.
