Job Opportunity Overview
This position is located along the stunning Pacific Coast, not far from Santa Barbara, showcasing some of California's most breathtaking landscapes.
Your Support TeamAt our organization, your dedicated recruiter will serve as your guide, assisting you in identifying the ideal role and emphasizing your strengths throughout the interview process.
Work Schedule- Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM
- Enjoy a 4.5-day work week with 6 weeks of paid time off (PTO) each year
- Manage a low patient load of 16 to 18 patients daily
- Each physician is paired with a dedicated medical assistant for support
- Flexible contract terms available: choose from 1, 2, or 3-year agreements
- Attractive base salary or a productivity-based compensation structure
- Additional earnings available for supervising mid-level providers
- Open to board-certified or board-eligible candidates in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Our services are provided at no cost to you

Annual compensation ranges from $300,000 to $300,000. Please note that these figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other relevant considerations. The stated rates are comprehensive, encompassing base pay along with potential additional earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday work.
