Securitization / Structured Finance Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel is seeking a Securitization / Structured Finance Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in its Charlotte, NC, New York, NY, or Washington, D.C. office.About the Role:The firm's Capital Markets practice is looking for mid-level and senior associates with at least 3 years of substantial experience in:Securitization and structured finance transactionsStructured products, corporate finance, and/or real estate financeAdditional experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance is a plus, but not required.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in securitization and structured financeStrong law firm experience handling complex financial transactionsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the New York, North Carolina, or D.C. Bar (or eligibility to waive in)Compensation:Anticipated annual base salary range: $260,000 – $435,000The actual salary will depend on factors such as qualifications, years of experience, and locationThis is an exceptional opportunity to work with a premier Capital Markets practice on sophisticated, high-profile transactions.
