About the Role HUD is hiring a Head of Talent to lead end-to-end recruiting and build recruiting operations to hire top engineers and GTM leaders for a small, high-bar team. Job Description Role Head of Talent responsible for owning end-to-end recruiting across technical and GTM roles, building and optimizing recruiting operations and tooling, and partnering with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.
