Established boutique law firm with a collaborative, professional office environment, long-tenured attorneys and staff, and free covered parking. Real Estate Paralegal Role:
Assist with the preparation, revision, and proofreading of commercial real estate documents from contract through closing. Support attorneys with drafting agreements, entity management, document organization, client communication, billing entries, and ongoing legal matters. This position requires managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced practice serving sophisticated clients. Limited administrative support for the primary attorney may be required. Real Estate Paralegal Background Profile:
5-10 years of real estate law firm experience required. Must be able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate strong organizational and critical thinking skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required. Experience with Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Dropbox, TimeSlips, dictation software, LexisNexis, e-filing, government websites, and document management systems is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work. Features and Benefits:
