Full Time | Outpatient Pediatrics | Community Health
Competitive salary from $178,500-$206,500. Health insurance with approximately 75% employer-paid coverage. Dental and vision insurance with approximately 75% employer-paid coverage. 403(b) retirement plan. 4 weeks Paid Time Off plus sick time and paid holidays. 40 hours of paid CME annually. Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000. Malpractice coverage provided. Relocation assistance available.
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents. Perform well-child exams, preventive care, immunizations, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow-up. Educate families on child development, nutrition, wellness, and disease prevention. Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary care team to coordinate high-quality patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the electronic medical record system. Build long-term relationships with children and families within a mission-driven community health organization.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. Eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts medical license. Active DEA registration or ability to obtain. Commitment to providing comprehensive outpatient pediatric care. Strong communication and patient education skills. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. New graduates and experienced Pediatricians are welcome.
