Job Description And Position Requirements The Penn State College of Medicine, Department of Molecular and Precision Medicine is seeking an individual for temporary part‑time (24 hours a week) administrative support. Enter reports for goods and services purchase card transactions, web requisition requests and contract intakes, and process invoice payments. Assist the Office Team by answering phones, greeting visitors, providing information and making referrals, distributing mail to department labs, and acting on routine requests. Create travel itineraries and reconcile travel expenses. Attention to detail and awareness of changing policies are essential to these duties. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail are required. Preference will be given to qualified applicants with experience with Sap Concur, SIMBA, and Infor Systems.
