Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

If you're passionate about building journeys that engage, convert, and retain—we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns, including automated flows Segment audiences and personalize communications based on behavior and lifecycle stage Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing lifecycle content Track and optimize key metrics: open rates, CTRs, CVR, churn, and reactivation Lead A/B testing across subject lines, templates, timing, and frequency Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Braze, Iterable, or Mailchimp Strong grasp of customer journeys, automation logic, and engagement KPIs Analytical mindset with the ability to turn retention data into actionable strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr Zohorecruit
