Job Description Optometrist - Bloomington, Illinois Area A confidential, established eye care practice near Bloomington, Illinois is seeking a qualified Optometrist for a current opportunity. The practice has an established patient base and a fully staffed clinical support team, allowing the selected Optometrist to focus primarily on providing high-quality patient care. Potential Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive eye examinations
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions
• Develop appropriate treatment and follow-up plans
• Educate patients regarding eye health, treatment options, and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, technicians, the office manager, and other team members
• Follow applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Qualifications • Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
• Active Illinois optometry license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Ability to complete required credentialing
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Opportunity Details • Competitive base salary based on experience
• $70,000 sign-on bonus
• Additional bonus opportunity
