Located in the historic area of Salisbury, NC, Trinity Rehab at Trinity Oaks strives to provide patient centered care in all levels of settings, including skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living environments. Graduate from an accredited physical therapist assistants’ program with an Associate’s degree approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Licensed or Certified by the state in which the Physical Therapist Assistant resides or practices according to state requirements.
