I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead an experienced team of 11. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I ran a marketing company, where I developed a strong background in building relationships, connecting with customers, and growing a business. Staying involved in our local community is important to us. Our agency participates in Post Fall Days as well as other community events throughout the summer. We enjoy getting out of the office, meeting people in our area, and supporting the community we serve. Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also make time to recognize and appreciate our team through outings, dinners, and other team celebrations. One of the things we’re most proud of is the environment we’ve built. As an Account Manager for Sue Breesnee - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
