What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with clients to bring their space to life.
Assist the client throughout the selection process - Design layouts, select materials, and create stunning color schemes.
Stay current on all surface and decorative materials, new vendors and manufacturers.
Responsible for keeping the Starcom Design Center up-to-date on materials, fixtures, etc.
Using 20/20, prepare 3D renderings and presentations that impress.
Partner with project managers and installers to ensure design integrity throughout the remodeling process and to make sure every detail shines.
Stay current with design trends, materials and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred: 5+ years of kitchen/bath design experience.
No experience? No problem! We’ll train the right person with a passion for design and a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with design software (2020 Design, Revit) is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Welcomes open communication and cooperation within and across departments
