C# Front Office Developer (New York City Metropolitan Area)

Context:

We are looking for a C# Developer to join a leading i nternational financial institution 's New York technology team, supporting front-office electronic trading . The group builds and maintains high-performance platforms across multiple asset classes — including US Rates, FX Flow, and Fixed Income pricing. The environment is trading-floor aligned, dynamic, and Agile-driven, with direct interaction with traders, quants, and sales.

Role:

• Build scalable C#/.NET applications for pricing, risk, connectivity, and reporting
• Enhance electronic trading workflows to improve performance and usability
• Support real-time trading through close collaboration with front-office users
• Contribute to modernization and migration of legacy components to new platforms

Tech Stack:

• Core: C# / .NET (4.5+), OOP, performance-oriented development
• Domain exposure: US Treasuries & IRS / FX Flow / Fixed Income pricing & risk
• Additional: Python, SQL, Git, Agile / CI-CD
• Nice to have: React / Angular

Profile:

• Solid C# / .NET development experience with strong OOP fundamentals
• Knowledge of electronic trading systems and workflows
• Exposure to Fixed Income, FX Flow, or Interest Rate products
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort in fast-paced trading environments
• Proactive mindset and ability to collaborate closely with front-office stakeholders
