Project Manager - Hardware Installations (Fully Remote)

• Coordinate across clients, installers, Operations, Sales, and Client Success to keep all stakeholders aligned and accountable.
• Drive projects with urgency and discipline, ensuring deadlines are consistently met with proactive, transparent updates.
• Enforce QA and commissioning checklists, managing contractor networks to meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years managing complex field deployments, installations, or IoT/smart building projects.
• Advanced user of project management tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, or MS Project) with experience working with U.S. clients.
• Colombian Indefinite Term Contract with all legal benefits including health, pension, and ARL.
