Mobile Phlebotomist (Independent Contractor) - Fort Wayne, IN. (ALLEN County - Indiana)

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Phlebotomist to work as an Independent Contractor performing paramedical insurance exams in the ALLEN County area of Indiana. This role is ideal for someone who wants complete scheduling flexibility and enjoys working independently in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture with a minimum of 1 year of current phlebotomy experience.
• Record height, weight, and blood pressure.
• Operate a 12-lead EKG machine.
• Travel to client homes or workplaces within a 20-mile radius of your home.
• Maintain accurate documentation and professional client interaction.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent phlebotomy practice.
• Ability to perform 12-lead EKGs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling locally.

Schedule & Work Style:

• You choose your own hours.
• You choose which days you work (any of the 7 days).
• Provide your availability and accept assignments that fit your schedule.
• Great for supplemental income or flexible work needs.
