We are looking for a Site Safety Manager (SSM) to oversee safety at our NYC jobsites.
The SSM must hold these certifications:
NYC DOB issued Site Safety Manager License
FDNY Fire Safety Certification (S56)
62hr SST Supervisor card
Responsibilities:
Ensure strict safety compliance.
Conduct regular safety inspections.
Provide safety training.
Develop emergency response plans.
Maintain all required logs on site.
Lead safety meetings.
Identify safety improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Valid NYC DOB Site Safety Manager card.
FDNY Fire Safety Certification.
62hr SST Supervisor card.
Proven high-rise SSM experience.
Strong knowledge of NYC safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000. - $220,000 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person Brooklyn and Manhattan sites
