The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. 

We are looking for Bar Fab Support General Laborers to join our Fabrication team on 2nd and 3rd shift! This position will be based at our Roebuck, SC site.

This position could be working with moving material, taping, peeling, loading, unloading, use of mechanical tools, different measurement tools and assembly areas. No Experience needed!

Shift Hours: 

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: 

• Level 2: $20.50 + $1.25 Shift Differential
• Level 3: $24.20 + $1.25 Shift Differential

You will have impact if you have the following minimum qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• In this role, you must be able to meet the physical requirements, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Ability to complete a 1/4 mile walk within 7 minutes, lift weights up to 40 lbs., sustain kneeling & standing for up to 30 minutes and perform push & pull tasks with a least 87 lb. force.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Experience in Manufacturing
• Experience working with basic hand tools, power tools and measurement tools

You will make impact by:

• Perform repetitive assembly operations to include:
• Placing parts in specified relationship to each other on the Bar fab Line.
• Placing parts in specified relationship to each other on Epoxy or Paint Line Test and adjust as needed
• Bolt, screw or fasten parts together using hand tools or powered tools.
• Test and adjust as needed.

• Detect, report and document unusual conditions, defective material or specific problems related to quality, safety and delivery.
• Work in a team, multi-task, cross-train and perform within production requirements as required.
• Perform other work per Supervisor's direction.
