Learn more: What You'll Do As an RN House Supervisor, you'll provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for Nursing Services during weekday shifts, including every other weekend and holiday rotation. Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating hospital-wide nursing activities and ensuring continuity of patient care
- Involving the patient, family, or designated care partner to meet educational, physical, psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and populationspecific needs
- Constructing and implementing individualized plans of care using nursing knowledge and skill
- Integrating direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnoses and comorbidities
- Coordinating interdisciplinary care and developing goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans
- Completing purposeful hourly rounding to enhance communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs
- Proactively evaluating the environment to ensure it remains patientfriendly and safe
- Participating in bedside report to support patient/family understanding, reduce anxiety, and address care concerns

- Current RN Licensure in the State of Oklahoma
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- BLS and ALS/ACLS required
- Demonstrated experience as a professional nurse with administrative and supervisory competence
- Strong communication, problem solving, decision making, and leadership skills
- Basic computer skills required
- CPI (TEAM De Escalation) Training completed within 6 months of hire
