Security Operations Manager

This role involves managing a team of security professionals, coordinating patrol schedules, and ensuring the quality of services delivered aligns with our strict Bedrock standards. Oversee and coordinate daily security operations, static guards, and mobile patrol deployments. Lead, train, and evaluate field security officers to ensure quality workmanship, vigilance, and strict adherence to security protocols. Maintain and manage security equipment, inventory, and patrol vehicle readiness. Interface directly with clients, law enforcement, and property managers with the utmost professionalism. Conduct quality checks, ensure incident reporting accuracy, and resolve operational issues as they arise in real-time. Requirements 5+ years of experience in commercial security, law enforcement, or the military. Current managerial security licenses or the ability to obtain them upon hiring. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills. Ability to manage high-pressure environments with absolute professionalism and a calm demeanor.
