Per Diem Occupational Therapy (OT) Position

Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a per diem Occupational Therapy (OT) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities Include:

Evaluate residents’ conditions & develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans
Relieve resident’s pain using exercises, hands-on therapy & stretching
Help residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
Maintain resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contributes to team effort

PT Requirements Include

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current New York State OT License

Sigma Health Rehab is recruiting for a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT) position at our client facility, Northern Riverview Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, located in Haverstraw, New York. Our team of compassionate physical, occupational, and speech therapists provides rehab services in a state-of-the-art rehab gym.
