We are currently looking to hire a full-time cleaning person to join our team. The working hours for this position are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do (The Impact)

You are the backbone of our campus health and presentation. Your daily mission will include:

• Creating a First Impression: Maintaining pristine lobbies, hallways, classrooms, and student break areas.

• Sanitization Champion: Disinfecting high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and specialized training labs to ensure a safe environment for students and staff.

• Detail Operations: Managing floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), emptying trash/recycling, and monitoring cleaning supply inventories.

• Campus Support: Quickly responding to occasional spills or urgent facility needs and reporting any maintenance issues to management.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in commercial cleaning, hospitality, or institutional environmental services is a plus, but a great attitude and strong work ethic are what matter most!

• The Right Mindset: Reliable, self-motivated, and observant. You notice the small details that others pass by.

• Community Focused: Comfortable working around faculty, staff, and career-driven adults. A friendly, professional demeanor goes a long way.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [e.g., 30–50] lbs throughout your shift.
